Polypipe Middle East Managing Director, Adam Smith, will be taking part in a panel discussion at the Women in Construction Summit on Tuesday 31st October.
Taking place at the luxurious Habtoor Grand Resort in JBR, Dubai, the Summit brings together industry leaders from across the construction, education and workplace advisory sectors. The panel discussion that Adam will be partaking in will discuss the topic: ‘The C-Suite: what are the answers in the Boardroom?’. The second session, on the Role of Human Capital in Leveraging Change, will look at how senior executives are addressing today’s most critical human capital issues. For example, why are people still being paid according to ethnicity, not skillsets or job description? Why do we still see an extraordinary lack of women at board level in the private sector? And why is leadership training a scarcity outside of blue-chip businesses?
