The Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Summit was a key event that brought together industry leaders to advance the discussion on fostering inclusive and equitable workplaces.
Adam Smith led a panel discussion on “The C-Suite as an ED&I Advocate,” highlighting the essential role that executives play in promoting diversity and inclusion. Within his talk, Adam also shared insights into the Genuit Group’s core values: "We work together," "We take ownership," and "We find a better way." These values have been integral to their commitment to creating a more inclusive, innovative, and collaborative work culture.
