Adding another major master project to our name, Polypipe Middleeast has won Habtoor City located on Sheikh Zayed road, which includes residential towers, three hotels, a theatre, a tennis academy, a clubhouse and classic French style landscape.
Khatib & Alami are the consultants for the hotels and Habtoor Leighton Specon and Drake & Scull Engineering carry out the MEP work. Terrain PVC-U above ground drainage solutions was chosen due to unique solvent weld ability, offering a neat way to achieve a permanent joint, which limits leakage and allows controlled thermal expansion compared to the push fit systems.
Bin Moosa Daly has supplied the Terrain Above ground for the St Regis Hotel, while Terrain Above Ground will be delivered to W Hotel and The Westin Hotel.
